“The human girl that kicked your ass?” the chief laughed.
He looked me up and down slowly. “Don’t look so tough. But pretty. Good body. Will make nice addition. Don’t have blonde yet.”
“Excuse me, chief?” I spoke up. “I don’t belong here…I want to go home. Have YOU seen a floaty glowy crystal?”
“It’s the last thing I saw before coming here, maybe that’s how I get back?”
