Agents Cecyme and Katie are roped up and fitted with new bit gags and wide collars with bells!
Apparently Contessa found a buyer interested in a pair of curvy naked PetGirls.

In this previous scene, Contessa flaunted her captured agents and solicited bids for them.
After some intense negotiations, Contessa found a client interested in taking the defeated Agents of S.P.A.N.K. off her hands and giving them a new home.
Although the buyer enjoyed the sight of them in their bikinis, he requested that they be stripped naked and prepared for him.
Those preparations included elaborate rope harnesses that would keep the agents well constrained – and entertained – during their transit to their new home.
Thick bit gags in coordinating colors were placed between their teeth and padlocked in back.
Agent Cecy’s set of restraints were in her customary yellow, of course – the buyer was already familiar with just how well the pale color contrasted nicely with her dark hair and features.
Curiously, the customer specified that Agent Katie’s ensemble be a dark shade of green-cyan – as if he knew somehow the color would irritate and/or humiliate her!
The most unusual part of the customer’s request was that the agents be fitted with special collars.
The collars were wide flat bands in coordinating colored leather, and each was adorned with brass bells – a sporting dog bell for Agent Katie, and a kitty jingle bell for Agent Cecy!
Agent Katie has been such a perennial thorn in Contessa’s side that one could imagine she took a perverse joy in fitting Agent Katie for such a degrading outfit.
But one must also wonder if the attentions she showed Agent Cecy while outfitting her weren’t a little more intimate – and perhaps tinged with a bit of regret for letting her newest plaything go??
When their new owner arrived to pick them up, Agent Cecy looked worriedly up at Agent Katie.
Agent Katie’s gaze, however, was fixated on the face of the man who had arrived to claim them, and she couldn’t get a nagging thought out of her head:
‘Now where have I seen his face before???’

“YOU!” Agent Katie exclaimed, surprise replacing the anger on her face. “What are YOU doing here??”
Stripped, bound, manhandled and humiliated, she’d been kneeling in captivity waiting to be interrogated by the mysterious big boss.

Agent Katie’s capture is detailed in this post:
Agent Katie had been taken prisoner on an unusual mission paired up with an unknown agent from a counterpart agency.
The mysterious woman turned out to be a double agent, who captured Agent Katie at gunpoint and marched her off to an unknown fate.”So what happens now?” Agent Katie pressed, hoping to keep her betrayer talking as she was led into an ornate subterranean office.
“That’s up to my employers,” the brunette double agent replied. “They’re looking forward to getting their hands on you.”
The brunette woman motioned for Agent Katie to approach the large wooden desk and pushed the blonde agent up against it.
“You know the drill,” the woman sneered. “Bend over, hands wide on the desk, spread your ankles apart,” she commanded.
What followed was an extremely degrading and overly intimate search of every bit of Agent Katie’s body, inside and out.
By the time it was over, the hem of Agent Katie’s dress was bunched about her waist and her breasts hung free.
“I could have told you I didn’t have anything,” Agent Katie grumbled. “Where, exactly would I hide it in this skin-tight dress?”
“Once can never be too sure,” the double agent grinned.
“And speaking of the dress,” she continued, “let’s lose that next. Don’t move.”
She unzipped the back and peeled Agent Katie’s dress down her body, over her hips, and down onto her thighs.
“Feet together,” the brunette ordered, gliding the shimmering fabric down Agent Katie’s tanned and toned legs.
Agent Katie felt the woman’s hand on her ankle, lifting her foot up and out of the puddled fabric of her dress.
Before letting go of her ankle, the double agent unstrapped Agent Katie’s high heel and slipped it off.
“Hey, I want those back, they were hella expensive!” Agent Katie complained as she repeated the process on the other side.
“I don’t think you’ll need them any more,” the brunette replied, “but they are lovely – I think I will keep them for myself.”
“I’d gag you with your thong,” she continued, “but I’ve been told to strip you naked and leave you with nothing.”
When Agent Katie was totally stripped, the woman circled around the desk and grasped Agent Katie’s wrists, bringing them together.
“Not sure why he wants your hands tied in front,” she mused while binding the blonde with thick rope. “But I can imagine.”
Agent Katie was quite vulnerable now, wrists bound and pulled across the desk she was bent over, elbows holding her up.
With her feet spread wide and her rear in the air, she was exposed and vulnerable, her intimate areas on display and defenseless.
The double agent circled behind her and decided to make the most of the opportunity…caressing and groping the helpless blonde.
She ran her fingers between Agent Katie’s legs and probed within until she had her captive gasping and moaning and wet.
‘SMACK!’ The sound of a flat palm on softer flesh echoed in the windowless room. ‘SMACK! SMACK! SMACK!’
“You’re pitiful!” the brunette sneered. “Panting and moaning like a wanton slut. You won’t last a moment in interrogation.”
Agent Katie cried out, just once, then bit her lip and did her best to endure the assault on her rear silently.
She couldn’t help flinching as the assault continued, and her legs trembled – but her arousal was only getting worse!
“You’ll be glad I warmed your ass up,” her captor murmured, running her fingertips over the stinging red flesh.
“The boss has a favorite paddle and he likes to make his captives howl before he even starts asking questions.”
The brunette double agent tugged at Agent Katie’s arm and moved her to her knees on the rug before the desk.
Then she rolled a chair around the desk and positioned it facing Agent Katie. “I’m sure you can imagine what this is for.”
She abruptly left the room, leaving Agent Katie kneeling alone in the office anxiously anticipating her fate.
Stripped, bound, manhandled and humiliated, she knelt in captivity waiting to be interrogated by the mysterious big boss.
She turned as the door opened and she saw a familiar figure step forward into the light without saying a word.
A wicked grin was on his face, and he held an ornate paddle up where Agent Katie could see it.
“YOU!” Agent Katie exclaimed, surprise replacing the anger on her face. “What are YOU doing here??”
Not knowing who her captors were had been difficult…but now, knowing was that much worse!

Agent Katie’s cover as a bondage escort was blown by an untimely phone call from Agent Cecyme Medina.
Now the drug lord who hired Agent Katie realized – as his captured agent, their ‘bondage date’ never had to end!
Even before Agent Katie left the S.P.A.N.K. HQ, she was already feeling on edge in her flimsy black dress and stiletto heels.
Other agents, such as Agent @vrobx1 Robbie, teased and taunted her about wanting a bondage escort date from her, too.
Worse, Agent Cecy laughed and promised him that on one of Agent Katie’s Thursday training days they could do just that!
Agent Katie’s undercover assignment in the drug lord’s mansion was going very well.
She had him completely fooled and convinced him to take her to his private quarters alone without his security detail.
Unfortunately, Agent Cecy chose that moment to call Agent Katie for permission to borrow some of her clothes.
Moments later, Agent Katie was wrapped up in red tape with a silk cleave gag in her favorite blue color.
Her tiny black dress was all rumpled and torn, with her breasts falling out and the hemline bunching up over her hips.
She was suddenly an utterly vulnerable and helpless captive with no hope of a speedy rescue.
The criminal mastermind grinned evilly…this couldn’t have worked out better!
He knew this beautiful blonde had willingly come to his home for the purpose of being bound and submissive.
He had every reason and opportunity to treat her as exactly that, for as long as he wanted!
As if this couldn’t get any worse, Agent Katie had already gotten herself into the mindset of being a submissive escort.

A girls’ night out of club-hopping got rudely interrupted when alien creepies descend upon the city.
The S.P.A.N.K. Agency has long known that Mars Needs Women (and Moms, apparently) – and now Mars wants Katie and her fellow agents!

The tenuous treaties that the Agents of S.P.A.N.K. have with the Space Toads of Abrexia-9 aren’t the only fragile agreements they have with aliens.
In ultra-classified negotiations with < redacted > carried out by < redacted > conceding < redacted > during the spring of < redacted >, the Agency established a peaceful coexistence with < redacted >.
Trust us, it was all legit and ratified and didn’t make any concessions on the number of human females the Martians were allowed to take annually.
Promise.
Well, it seems the Martians have grown dissatisfied with their annual ‘bag limits,’ which totally don’t exist, according to < redacted >.
And they figured the best way to get out of the treaty was to start by taking the Agency’s own agents first!
So while Agent Katie and her friends were making their way from one nightclub to another in the city center, the aliens ambushed the girls.
The timing was actually pretty well planned – I mean, have you ever tried running from aliens on pavement in stiletto heels??
Agent Katie barely escaped a half-dozen grabby hands that left her clothes torn and tattered – at one point a Martian had her arm pinned while another tried to slip a glowy control collar on her. She desperately lashed out and clunked their heads together – shattering their helmets and leaving them gasping for breath!
Her friends were not as lucky, though – they were taken – and some onlookers were flash-fried with a strange green ray!
Agent Katie watched angrily from behind a bridge pillar as her friends were restrained, collared, leashed and led away.
The ‘smart’ thing would have been to hide or run away and get help.
But Agent Katie couldn’t let her friends be taken without a fight – plus, she’s not known for always doing the ‘smart’ thing.
It was time to start bashing in some big-brained alien heads!!

Agent Katie agreed to Agent Cecy’s crazy idea to crash the Cosplay Party at The Mansion.
Once she saw the costume @Cecyme had picked out, she began to have second thoughts!

The Agents of S.P.A.N.K. have known for quite some time that THE MANSION has a reputation for all sorts of shenanigans. The Sinister Sisters and their minions the Greeblies are typically up to ‘no good’ – the kinky, sexy, humiliating kind of ‘no good.’
The Agency and their intrepid agents have tried unsuccessfully to infiltrate The Mansion many times before. Which is not to say they haven’t been inside The Mansion before – they have, but as ‘guests’ (aka captives) of the Sinister Sisters and their crew.
So when the opportunity of a Cosplay Party comes up, Agent @Cecyme Medina has the bright idea to attend in costume. She maaaay have failed to mention to Agent Katie that she’d have to wear a humiliating hot pink poodle outfit! Or that she’d be led around on a leash and disciplined with a paddle!
Agent Medina also failed to mention the set of special YELLOW restraints Agent Katie would be required to wear – that included a leash and collar, wrist and ankle cuffs, a bit gag, and a waist-cinching control belt. What are the odds Cecy would just happen to own a full set of yellow restraints??
Agent Katie did have to admit that the outfit was sexy, kinky, and VERY flattering to her figure. The form-fitting hot pink leotard accented her curves delightfully. The fur-lined stiletto boots might have been a little much, but they did make her legs and ass look great in the pink fishnet stockings!
Strangely, Agent Cecy didn’t have a costume per se – just her usual sexy, short and tight miniskirt/suit jacket combo over a blouse that was intentionally two sizes too small. Oh, and spiky yellow heels to match.
Now despite all her misgivings and muffled complaints in gag-speak, Agent Katie did have a good time with Agent Cecy at the party. Wouldn’t you know it – she won ‘BEST IN SHOW!’
The Best in Show competition even came with a top prize – the two lovely agents were invited to spend the night in a ‘special luxury suite’ at The Mansion…
…oooh, just imagine what kind of special VIP treatment the Sinister Sisters and the Greeblies have planned for them!

Kara and Evie return to Frog City one weekend a month as part of their agreement with Boss Frog Marv.
On most Saturday Nights, they’re the center stage feature at his GentleMonster’s Club.
Other times, they’re told to mingle with his clients and guests and keep them entertained.
