Springtime in Ann Arbor was an amazing time of year – and increasingly difficult to focus upon upcoming exams!
Once the weather warmed, the cherry and crabapple and redbud trees exploded in whites and reds and fuchsias, and Sunday afternoons were better spent outside than in.
I loved hanging out at Riverside Park or Island Park or Fuller Park along the Huron River, just across from the Medical Campus. They were all a short walk from my little place on Catherine Street (yes, Katie lived on Catherine Street!).
Sometimes I’d head to central campus and the Law Quad, for the quiet beauty there (but never ever the Diag – too many stinky professional protestors who hadn’t bathed in a week). And yes, that’s Jeffries Hall behind me in the picture!
So when Alucard created this sexy fun image of college cutie Katie in a cropped sweatshirt and cropped shorts, all those memories came rushing back!
