I’m a mom and a medical professional the majority of my time. When I get some private time, I get to indulge my writing compulsion and explore my submissive tendencies, and collaborate with some amazing fellow writers, artists and friends. I’ve been posting my own stories and vignettes on DeviantArt, and I have collaborations with friends posted on their DeviantArt pages and Patreon. But never had a “home.”
Over the years I’ve spent most of my creative time on Tumblr. For over 5 years I curated a blog of 11,000 sexy, seductive, sensual posts and gathered over 10,000 followers (though yeah, lots were bots). I’ve also written many vignettes to go along with images I post, and collaborated on some super-sexy stories with friends there.
Until last Monday. I was shocked. My Tumblr always focused on the sensual, not the explicit. But I watched as image after image was flagged, with no rhyme or reason to it.
Tumblr’s decision to ban adult content may turn out to be one of the best things that’s happened to me in a long time. It’s prompting me to get out of my comfort zone and focus on creating instead of curating–and reaching out to a broader audience.
If you’re one of my friends from Tumblr following me here, or a Discord Ranger, or a fellow Deviant, I think you’ll be surprised to see some different sides of my creativity than you saw on that single platform.
Once I get around to getting some content on here, that is…be patient, please!!
